Actress-comedienne Ai-Ai De Las Alas said that she wants to do a film with young Filipino-British singing sensation Charlie Green.
The actress shared her idea of playing Charlie’s mother in a movie.
“Oo, ako ang (magiging) nanay niya,” she said.
When asked why she wanted to do a film project with Green, the actress replied, “Naisip ko mayroon kasi akong dating story na foreigner ‘yung magiging asawa ko. So bagay siya (si Charlie) na maging anak ko.”
De Las Alas watched Green’s farewell concert last Saturday, August 9 at Conway’s Bar in Edsa Shangri-la.
“Natutulala siya sa akin, (sa tingin) ko hindi baka hindi niya ako kilala,” she jokingly said.
Green also expressed his excitement and happiness after De Las Alas shared her desire to work with him.
The young crooner said that he would also like to do a movie with De Las Alas someday.
Green is in the Philippines for a two-week promotional tour through ABS-CBN. He has been very busy appearing on the network’s shows.
Green is set to fly back to the United Kingdom any day of this week.
Meanwhile, De Las Alas will be seen in ABS-CBN’s upcoming television series “I Love Betty La Fea.”
She is also busy doing her latest film “Ang Tanging Ina Niyong Lahat (ATINL).”
ATINL is the sequel to Deramas's comedy film "Ang Tanging Ina (ATI)" and the third of his "Ina" collection after "Ang Cute ng Ina Mo" with actress Anne Curtis.
Presently, a negotiation is ongoing for De Las Alas’ film with former president and veteran actor Joseph Ejercito Estrada.
